However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange, we ask that you contact us immediately for further instructions from our Return/Exchange Department.

Please contact us via email, as our assistants are ready to respond to you as soon as possible and keep track of all communication for better assistance.

Defects/Missing Items/Wrong Items

For any defects, missing items, or wrong items mailed, it is required that you contact us WITHIN 24 hours of receiving the package and must email us with a photo of defect and wrong items.

 

                        For any OTHER RETURNS:

           

Please email us WITHIN 48 hours of receiving the package for your personal Return merchant authorization #, which will be provided by our assistant.  Once you receive the RMA#, write the RMA# on the mailing box where it is visible so that we promptly process your return/exchange.

In the box you send, the merchandise must be in its ORIGINAL condition meaning, NEVER WORN or USED, with its hanger and plastic bag/tag, odor, pet hair, along with the RMA # written on the original packing slip (which is sent with you in the box).

We MUST receive the return box within 14 business days after the RMA # was sent to you via EMAIL! If we receive the package after 14 business days have passed, we WILL NOT PROCESS your return! It will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s EXPENSE and deemed as FINAL SALE!

BUT once we receive the returning item within the 14 business days, our Return/Exchange Department will inspect the item and transfer for further processing to our Accounting Department.                      

There will also be RESTOCKING FEES for returning items based on the conditions as written below.

 

Restocking fees:

There is restocking fee of 25% on all return items.  We do not take return on shoes, socks, communion dress, baptism, christening, accessories, and boys’ suits. 

NOTE : We are not responsible for any returning items that are lost or damaged while they are in the delivery/shipping stage. THEREFORE, we advise that you ship all items via insured mail. REMEMBER that all returned item(s) are thoroughly inspected for any signs of worn/used, including smoke/food odor and pet hair. If the returned item FAILS our professional inspection, it will be SENT BACK to the customer at the customer's expense and the transaction will be deemed as FINAL SALE. 

 

                        FOR EXCHANGE:

           

For any exchange, please EMAIL us for your personal RMA # WITHIN 48 hours of receiving the package! 

Please write the RMA# on the mailing box where it is visible so that we can promptly process your exchange.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any exchanging items that are lost or damaged while they are in the delivery/shipping stage. THEREFORE, we advise that you ship all items via insured mail or delivery confirmation when sending it back to the United States.

No order can be cancelled once processed, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately.

Communion and christening dresses, suits and tuxedos are non-refundable, and may be returned for one-time size exchange only. Boleros, jackets, and outerwear are non-refundable, and may be returned for one-time size exchange only. Accessories are for final sale only, non-refundable and non-exchangeable! Shoes and socks are for final sale only; but they may be eligible for one time size exchange of the same item.

ALL SALE ITEMS are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
